At Heart in Hands Therapies, I believe in the power of massage for both physical and mental wellbeing. It's my goal that I provide personalized care and attention, tailoring to your individual needs.
Offering a range of massage treatments, each session is accompanied by a combination of a base oil (usually rapeseed) mixed with Arnica massage balm which helps the skin feel stronger, maintain elasticity and stimulate natural regeneration.

ITEC Level 3 Swedish and Holistic massage
I passed my Level 3 qualification in Swedish and Holistic massage in March 2023. The foundation and prerequisite to some of the following qualifications and others I'm going to learn in the future. Included practical learning, case studies and Anatomy and Physiology.
