Hello, my name is Matt, and welcome to Heart in Hands Therapies
I started my journey in 2021 when I realised how much my mental health was benefitting from a regular massage. In 2022 I began learning massage therapy myself and was enlightened by all the physical benefits that aren't common knowledge. In Feb 2023 I earned my level 3 qualification in holistic massage alongside a number of other qualifications. My goal is to provide the same benefits I received both physically and mentally.

I went to see Matt for a Fascia treatment as I have brittle bones, osteoarthritis in my spine and hips and in constant pain daily and this treatment really helped me. It made me feel looser, relaxed and took the pain away. I have also had a deep tissue massage which felt great and helped me relaxed. It was my first time having a deep tissue massage so I was a little bruised the day after, but Matt did warn me about this before starting. He is very professional and is very lovely and makes you feel comfortable. Will definitely be a regular new customer. 10/10. Thank you.
